Who Moved My Cheese...Cake?

I did it! I can BAKE!!!

Thanks to my si-beh on colleagues, I actually went for a baking class with them. Purples and Cooking Girl did a brownie last Friday and got me very intrigued. I mean, the only brownie I know how to bake is Betty Crocker. And thats child's play right? But these two energizer bunnies actually made a brownie from scratch. Amazing.

So when Cooking Girl mentioned this week is gonna be Cheese Swirl Cake with Truffle Filling, I thought - hey, it'll be quite cool to learn how to do that. So me and G girl signed up with them and this is what I got after 3 hour of labour pains...

And I also popped these out of the oven...

Not only could I bake, I could make bread as well! These little round pows is called Traditional Soft Bun. And they are very soft and yummy..
